Elva Adams Chair
Elva Adams has 22 years of banking experience serving our small business community. Currently, she is a SVP /Small Business Lending Manager at Jefferson Bank. In this position, she is responsible for promoting small business lending solutions through conventional and SBA loan programs. Ms. Adams is very active in the community and has a strong networking source. ​In additional to services related to work, Ms. Adams’ professional affiliations include current Advisory Board Member of Small Business Economic Development Center (SBDC) at UTSA, Current Board Member of FBI San Antonio Citizens Academy Alumni Association, current Board Member of Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce and current president of Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation.​Ms. Adams is a professional athlete in Taekwondo and has many accolades including 1988 Summer Olympic Bronze Medalist when she represented her birth county – Taiwan. In 2016, Ms. Adams is the first female representing USA to officiate Taekwondo event at the Rio Summer Olympics.
