PERFORMING GROUPs

  • Amaret A dance and martial arts will be performed. It features swords, that tells an original story of two warriors who eventually must face their destiny. The dance itself features contemporary, modern, and Chinese sword dancing. The martial arts featured is inspired by different sword-focused martial arts from China, Japan, and Korea.

KARILAGAN Philippine Cultural Group, Inc. is an All-Volunteer nonprofit 501(c)3 tax exempt charitable, educational, and cultural organization that aims to preserve and promote the Asian Filipino heritage through the performing arts.

  • Korean American Cultural Center of San Antonio Nanta drum, fan dance, and flower-crown dance.
  • Lozano's Martial Arts Studio We will demonstrate several martial arts we teach at our studio, including Tae Kwon Do, Hoi Jeon Moo Sool, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kick Boxing. We will have a broad age range from children to older adults. We will show falling techniques, throws, kicks, striking, ground techniques, and weapon techniques. Lozano's Martial Arts recently celebrated our 36th anniversary on the South Side of San Antonio and will be honored to share our experience with the greater San Antonio Community.
  • Mahou Bunni Mahou Bunni is a J-pop odottemita idol performer that likes to bring the underground idol scene to the locals of San Antonio. She is known for her dance performances to a variety of jpop music genres such as V-tuber, Vocaloid, Anisong, idol, etc., while also engaging the audience by teach them basic chants, calls and wotegai moves. Her main goal is to spread her love and knowledge of idol culture, the underground idol scene and kawaii culture to the locals.

  • Red Dancing Shoes The Mongolian people are known for their singing and dancing abilities. Mongolian dance is not only a part of the Mongolian people's lives but also an important carrier of their cultural heritage. Through Mongolian dance, people can feel the Mongolian people's love for nature, life, and tradition, and experience their unique cultural charm. “The Red Dancing Shoes" are focused on promoting cultural and artistic exchanges and community interaction. The name "Red Dancing Shoes" symbolizes vitality, passion, and creativity. The organization is committed to enhancing community cohesion through dance, fostering a more inclusive and vibrant social environment, promoting cultural diversity, identity, and respect, and encouraging more people to participate in and enjoy the charm of Chinese art. This time, we bring you Mongolian dance.
